Our Visit with Photographer Gary Land and GLP Creative

Today, Gary Land opened his studio to our Advertising class. Thanks to Steve Sangalang who help schedule the visit we were able to make it and spent two very special hours discussing Gary's career and some of his projects. Abe, his partner, welcomed us and discussed some of the production side of the business. Gary was absolutely awesome and shared with us his experiences. Needles to say it was a good idea that I decided to write down the question students may have, as they were mostly speechless throughout. It was overall an awesome experience.

Term 3 -Week1

Guys this is going to be a good One!!! Tne photos are looking really good. Fashion, Soccer shoes, lansdcape made out of spices and magic...Check it out! Remember that I need you lighting diagram and layout for you to have the full grade you deserve. This week i need to hear a bit more about your portfolio and remember that I'll need to see you Corporate identity soon, Very soon! Not sure when? check your syllabus, that's why you have it.

Have a great vacation, rest and get ready for the last term. Not sure what to do to prepare? look at your work, select the best images and start drwaing layouts, write down ideas so you have things in mind to shoot next term.

One more week to go! The photographs are getting better and better, that's awesome! So for everyone, except the few who like to live dangerously, and leave their friends behind, I am looking forward to next week. Two people need to take the test: Amy and Isaac. Please bring one folder with all your photographs from this term. Ok,have a great weekend.
